Galvanization is a process of immersing iron in a bath of molten zinc to produce a corrosion resistant, multi-layered coating of zinc-iron alloy and zinc metal. This metallurgical reaction is a diffusion process and the coating forms a uniform thickness throughout the part.

VITSAA & VITS are well on course to laying a rust-proof, future-proof foundation for our mutual growth as Alumni & Institute.
2019 will see an energized relationship between the VITSAA & the Institute that has emerged, invigorating the Institute for pro-active involvement of the Alumni with the foundation for VITSAA Chapter connects to work on meaningful end goals is now laid.
Our endeavour to align the contributions of Alumni to the Institute’s needs and consolidate the current and active social impact, educational and research support projects received a direction .
