I have had the rare experience of working in Indian Navy, PSU, and finally with renowned multi-national corporate sprawling across the global world. After a varied and diversified experience I feel that there is a dearth of practical education in our education system. An Education system which provides not only theoretical know-how but also gives practical exposure necessary for making real achievers. With this aim I paved path towards establishing Vision Group of Institutions.

Philosophers have often termed life as a journey. I also took upon myself to embark upon a journey before starting Vision Institutes; a journey across few prestigious Institutions in India. It started with Indian Institute of management Ahmedabad the oldest IIM and took me to number of IIMs and other institutes of repute. I diligently observed the teaching pedagogy, the facilities, and most importantly the assimilation of culture at these institutes. All of these came extreme handy while establishing our colleges.

We must remember that Education still remains a vital differentiator at social, and economical level round the world. Education quality, has a significant impact on later life and earnings outcomes. There is strong evidence that education is a key contributor to relative social mobility, the social and economic status of an individual relative to their parents. All of the educators must always be aware of the great responsibility on their shoulders. This further enhances the significance of dedicated and systematic approach to the entire learning-teaching experience. We have included these in our Vision and Mission Statements and will continue to do so in future too.

Education cannot be simply taken up as a business. It is a beautiful fusion of a commitment for whole-hearted service to the society, along with a capacity to learn and ensure the learning objectives are passed on to the students. Education is certainly a continuous and never ending learning experience for both the teachers and the students.

In the context of job disruption, demand for new skills and increased socioeconomic polarization, graduation and post-graduation college systems have a critical role to play in preparing the global citizens and workforces of the future. Education models must adapt to equip students with the skills to create a more inclusive, cohesive and productive world. New technologies can definitely play a pivotal role to enable global citizenship education. We need to understand and implement them at the earliest.

Welcome to the Vision  family !
