Vision Hostel has Rules & Regulations to ensure a safe, & disciplined environment.
•Unauthorized guests or outsiders in the hostel room are strictly prohibited.
•No student shall occupy or interchange the room without permission and proper allotment of the room by hostel warden.
•Every student residing in the hostel must join the mess attached to that hostel . Cooking food in the hostel room is strictly prohibited.
•While leaving the rooms, it must be ensured that the light and fans are switched off to save the electricity & environment.
•Use of electrical appliances such as heaters, electrical irons etc. are strictly prohibited.
•All cases of illness should be reported to the In-charge/Warden of respective hostel.
•All cases of illness should be reported to the Medical-Officer of the institute through concerned Warden In-charge/Warden.
•Students should lock their room properly when they go out for bath, food etc.
•Resident students are not permitted to invite any outside person to address any meeting in the hostel without written permission of the Hostel Warden/Chief Warden.
•Meals will be served only in the dining hall during the hours notified. However, in case of illness meals can be served in the room, on the recommendation of the Warden of the Hostel.
•Students will not go into the cooking area.
•Student will get meals as per the scheduled time only.
•These are subject to changes with the consent of the Wardens/ Chief Warden.
•Under no circumstances, members are allowed to take cups, saucers, tumblers and other utensils of the hostel mess to their rooms/lawns outside. Penal action is initiated for the same.
• All the students must join the hostel extra classes for revision. In case of any problem he/she must inform to hostel warden/ subject teacher.
•No student is allowed to report directly to the Director/Dean for hostel related matters. Warden/In-charge of the concerned hostel is the right person for hostel related matters.
