कोविड ने हमारे पूरे जीवन पर गहरा प्रभाव छोड़ा है। शिक्षा निश्चित रूप से सबसे खराब दौर से गुजर रही है। भारत जैसी विकासशील अर्थव्यवस्था के लिए परिणाम गंभीर होंगे। भारत जनसांख्यिकीय रूप से रूप से युवा है, और बहुत कुछ आने वाली पीढ़ी को शिक्षित करने पर निर्भर करती हैं। लगभग सभी कक्षा की शिक्षा एक आभासी मंच पर आकर ठहर सी गई है , अब यह अनिवार्य हो गया है कि हम छात्रों को कुशल बनाने के लिए वैकल्पिक उपायों पर ध्यान दें। यह उनके मानसिक स्वास्थ्य के लिए भी बेहद जरूरी है।
सीखना निश्चित रूप से एक सतत प्रक्रिया है और इसे किसी भी तरह से रोका नहीं जाना चाहिए। विजन ग्रुप वर्तमान समय में भी शिक्षा की निरंतरता को बनाए रखने के लिए की दो अलग-अलग विकल्पों पर कार्यरत हैं।
Webinars on Technologies of Tomorrow
इस कार्यक्रम के तहत हम आने वाली अनेकों उननत तकनीकों का संक्षिप्त विवरण देते हैं। इस कार्यक्रम के मांध्यम से छात्रों को इन तकनीकों का संक्षिप्त सारांश दिया जाता है, और साथ ही साथ इनका जीवन पर पड़ने वाले प्रभावों को प्रस्तुत किया जाता है। छात्रों को इन तकनीकों का वास्तविक दुनिया में उपयोग और उन क्षेत्रों को देखने का मौका मिलता है जहां उनका व्यापक रूप से उपयोग किया जा रहा है।
इसके बाद हम प्रत्येक प्रौद्योगिकी का विस्तृत सेमिनार आयोजित करते हैं। छात्र अपनी पसंद की प्रौद्योगिकियों के सेमिनार में भाग लेने के लिए स्वतंत्र होंगे। संगोष्ठियों में प्रौद्योगिकी का विवरण, व्यावहारिक सत्र, वास्तविक जीवन के उदाहरण, आगे पढ़ने के लिए सामग्री आदि शामिल हैं। छात्रों को अपनी पसंद के अनुसार तकनीक का गहराई से पता लगाने को मिलता है।
हम क्लाउड कंप्यूटिंग, आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस और मशीन लर्निंग, इंटरनेट ऑफ थिंग्स, ब्लॉकचेन और क्रिप्टो करेंसी, डेटा साइंस, ऑगमेंटेड और वर्चुअल रियलिटी, और एडिटिव मैन्युफैक्चरिंग या 3 डी प्रिंटिंग जैसी तकनीकों पर वेबिनार आयोजित करते हैं।
Student Well-Being Programs
हम अक्सर छात्रों के केवल ज्ञानात्मक विकास पर विचार करते हैं, गैर-ज्ञानात्मक कौशल, साथ ही साथ छात्रों के मानसिक स्वास्थ्य को पूरी तरह से अनदेखा करते हैं। वर्तमान समय में युवा अत्यधिक तनाव में हैं। पीयर लर्निंग और नेटवर्किंग के सभी रास्ते वर्चुअल वर्ल्ड और सोशल मीडिया तक ही सीमित हो गए हैं। यह फिर से एक ऐसा क्षेत्र होगा जो दीर्घकालिक प्रभाव छोड़ेगा।
हम छत्रों के चरित्र और नेतृत्व विकास के लिए महत्वपूर्ण विषयों पर चर्चा और वेबिनार आयोजित करते है Vision Group , विविधता, समानता और समावेशन जैसे समाज के मुद्दों को समझने , जीवन के उद्देश्य को प्रज्वलित करने , कौशल विकसित करने आदि जैसे कुछ अनूठे सत्रों को आयोजित कर रहा है।इन सभी सत्रों मे आप निःशुल्क उपस्थित हो सकते है
Covid has left deep impact on our life on whole. Education has certainly been one of the worst sufferers. The consequences will be grave for a developing economy like India, which is demographically incredibly young, and all bets are on educating the coming generation. With almost all classroom education coming to a virtual standstill, it has become imperative that we look at alternative measures to skill the students. This is extremely essential for their mental health too.
Learning is certainly a continuous process and should not be stopped in any way. We at Vision Group have come up with two different options to allow continuum of education in the present times.
Webinars on Technologies of Tomorrow
Under this program we give a brief overview of various Technologies of tomorrow. We have an Introduction Webinar where students are given a short synopsis of these technologies, and their impact on work and life. Students get to see real world use of these technologies, and areas where they are being used extensively.
Thereafter we arrange detailed seminars of each Technology separately. Students would be free to attend seminars of technologies of their choice. The seminars include details of the technology, practical sessions, real life examples, material for further reading and project works. Students get to explore the technology in depth as per their choice.
We take up technologies like Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Internet of Things, BlockChain & Crypto Currency, Data Science, Augmented & Virtual Reality, and Additive Manufacturing or 3 D Printing. We also have sessions on Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Spatial Web 3.0.
The 21st century will involve understanding these emerging technologies and mastering the exponential skills to use them. These programs will be organized by Innovation & Research Cell of our college. We have already organized number of such sessions, and they have been extremely popular.
Student Well-Being Programs
We often consider only the cognitive growth of students, completely overlooking the non-cognitive skills, as well as the Mental Health of students. The youngsters are under extreme stress in the present times. All the avenues of peer learning and networking have become limited to the virtual world and social media only. This again would be an area which would leave long term impact.
We have come up with few unique sessions like discussion on important traits for character and leadership development, understanding issues of society like Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Igniting Purpose of Life, Developing Critical Thinking Skills, etc. The aim of these sessions is to cater to holistic development of the students, and to adequately assist in mental health and wellbeing. We will also hold few group activity sessions and individual student mentoring sessions if required. The sessions are taken by CCLD of Vision Group of Institutions
All the sessions would be through webinars. The introductory session would be exclusively for your school. Detailed session will be taken as on demand. E-certificates will be provided to students attending detailed sessions. The programs are being conducted under School Mentorship Programs (SMP) of Vision Group of Institutions. We truly recognize the fact that there cannot be full compensation of classroom education. There is a major void whose impact are still to be assessed. These arrangements are in no way replacements, albeit just minor efforts to bring some semblance to systematic growth and mentoring in these difficult times. We are hopeful of the coming dawn and sure things will improve shortly.
