A very productive and informative guest lecture was taken by Dr.MPS Yadav on today.He is a Dairy Scientists in CSA University Kanpur
He mainly focused on
(1)Processing of milk for various dairy products
(2)How to increase shelf life of dairy Products.
(3)Dairy development in India
(4)Design of food processing plants & preparation of layout.
(5) Visit to multi-product dairy plant, Estimation of steam requirements.
(6)Different products of milk like as butter, skimmed milk, icecream, cheese etc
Overall Session was very useful for our B.Tech(AG) students.
